Is SEO included in my BackPocket website?
Yes. Your website includes service and area pages, search setup, AI-readable business details and ongoing improvements. We use our SEO system to check the site and guide the work. Hosting and website updates are included in your monthly fee too.
Will you get me to number one on Google?
Nobody can guarantee a position on Google or a set number of enquiries. Your area, competition and the search itself all play a part. We focus on the work we can do: better pages, clear local information and an easier way for customers to get in touch.
How long does SEO take?
Expect SEO to build over time. Search engines need to find your pages and assess them; your area and competition affect how long that takes. Some changes show up quickly, others take months. Your reports and app dashboard let you follow the activity as it develops.
Does AI SEO replace normal SEO?
No. Clear services, useful answers and accessible pages matter to both. AI SEO also considers how an answer tool can read your public business details and refer someone to the right page. Each tool chooses its own sources. Google says its usual SEO practices apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode, with no special AI markup required.
Does the free AI audit check whether ChatGPT recommends me?
No. It inspects accessible public pages and discovery signals. It doesn't ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to recommend your business, check live Google rankings or connect to your private analytics. Its score describes the checks it ran, not your chance of winning a job or appearing in an AI answer.
Do I still need a Google Business Profile?
Your website and Google Business Profile do different jobs. The profile holds the details used on Google Maps and local business results; your website explains your services and completed work in more depth. Keep your profile's phone number, hours and service areas accurate. A website does not automatically create or verify that profile.
Can I check a website that BackPocket didn't build?
